Free Legal Clinics - San Diego, CA

Thomas Jefferson School of Law will be holding free legal clinics during December and January. Each clinic provides a free legal consultation with a licensed attorney and law student. The clinics provide limited legal assistance for low to moderate income self-represented individuals and will not provide ongoing representation. Please feel free to share information about our clinics with those who may benefit. Appointments are required for each clinic.

Small Claims Clinic

Provides legal assistance to individuals who want to sue or are being sued in Small Claims Court.
